One of the founders of the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, along with her business partner, she was responsible for designing the physical bodies of the cartoon characters. Arthur Walton drew her with gray-brown hair that reached below her waist, with gray streaks, two side strands framing her face, short bangs, and pale ivory skin. She wears faded rainbow-colored trousers and a white coat, both with black patches (presumably ekor) on the cuffs and right sleeve, respectively. She also wears light blue rubber gloves, the right one covered in ekor, as well as black boots (though these, like the rest of her body, may also be covered in ekor). Her smile is wide and somewhat frightening compared to any other character, human or cartoon, and like all depicted humans, her eyes are surrounded by dark, ominous shadows. Delilah's job seems to have been creating the cartoon characters; her clothes are sweat-soaked, and her equipment resembles that of the stereotypical world. From the scattered notes left behind, it can be inferred that she was passionate about her work, as Arthur often spoiled her. Delilah was likely a workaholic, given her reliance on coffee (there's even a coffee stain on one of the notes). She appears straightforward and logical, unlike Arthur, who seems idealistic.

He looks slightly older due to the gray streaks and wrinkles in his hair, and, like all human employees, his eyes are hidden.

Puppet, one of the main characters in Gardenview, is a plump red doll with dark red markings on her face and feet. She wears a decorative metal hat that hangs from a hook on her head. She also wears a jacket lined with white fur at the hem and decorated with patterns in various shades of green. The jacket features a repeating pattern of snowflakes with three branches at each end. Below and above the snowflakes are dark green lines intersecting with light green dots, and this same pattern is repeated on the sleeves. However, the lines on the sleeves are denser than those on the jacket. When Puppet is injured by a crooked creature, she displays an expression of shock or surprise. Cheerful and lively, she embodies the festive Christmas spirit. She is affectionate, playful, and constantly spreads joy to others, often making lighthearted remarks and participating in holiday activities. Bobbitt's friendly nature shines through in her interactions with others, whether she's encouraging her friends to collaborate on gingerbread house projects or inviting them to share warm traditions like hot chocolate and cookies. She's optimistic, genuinely grateful for her experiences, and embodies the joy and warmth of the holiday season. Her love of Christmas is contagious, and she delights in sharing this joy with everyone around her.

Pebble, a main character in Gardenview, is a small, friendly cartoon rock with a multifaceted design, featuring smooth sides, belly, and back. His main body and tail are gray, while his four legs are light gray. He has a small, round, black nose and large, white eyes reminiscent of cartoon characters. His cheeks are adorned with hollow, clover-like designs, the same color as his legs. His face is noticeably attached to his body, and his limbs are smaller than those of a real dog, lacking joints. Pebble is noticeably less limb-like than his counterpart in Twisted; he has no neck or legs, and he also lacks the claws and paws of his Twisted counterpart. He appears in the game to be about the size of a trash can, though slightly smaller, suggesting he is based on a small dog breed. Pebble is a friendly and playful dog with most of the Toons characters. He seems to show interest in his owner, as evidenced by one of their interactions. He doesn't speak English, but he appears to understand it. He also seems to be rather quick-tempered, often barking and growling loudly at the other cartoon characters. However, Astro's conversations with Pippel suggest that his barking is used as a substitute for words and can convey meaning (though we know that Pippel's barking was probably sarcastic). This is also indicated by his friend, who seems to be having a conversation with him through mutual barking. Pippel appears to have a staring problem, according to [username], [username], [username], [username], [username], and possibly [username], [username]. The other two cartoon dogs, Cole and [username], also seem to have a staring problem. Like real dogs, Pippel enjoys playing fetch and eating treats, perhaps a little too much, though not quite as much as Cole.

Gordy is one of the main characters in Gardenview

He is a small, three-dimensional pumpkin. On top of his head are a stem and a leaf, separated by a dividing line. He has a wide, fanged smile, and his eyes are unique, with black sclera and white pupils, resembling those of a carved pumpkin. He has large paws instead of hands, with four claws on each, and a long, thin tail (curved in the game) that ends in a leaf. His head, torso, and hands are orange, while his arms, legs, claws, and tail are green. His legs fade to a dark green, matching the tail, and have six thin stripes of the original green, resembling a pumpkin vine. He is cheerful and very friendly, and he absolutely loves Halloween. However, he seems insecure, constantly missing his parents, as evidenced by their drawings in his room, his toy, and his conversations in the gossip section. The expectations placed on him as a main cartoon character, despite his young age, are likely also a contributing factor. The Memory Necklace clearly shows Gordy's deep admiration for the main cartoon characters, perhaps even considering them superior to him. This is evident in his conversations with Shelley and his constant chatter about her, revealing his profound appreciation for them. His room even contains plushies of all the main characters, further confirming this admiration.

Bassie is one of the main characters in Gardenview

She is a light brown wicker basket with two dark brown handles on each side, has eyelashes under her eyes, and a small, cat-like smile on her mouth. Her head is completely covered with dried flowers that appear to be purple and pink with yellow stigmas, and green leaves dangle from them. She wears a purple sleeveless top with a bell-shaped skirt that looks like it's made of four pink flower petals. Finally, she wears green and light green striped socks. Bassie is a shy and introverted cartoon character, evident at first glance from her restless movements even when she's still. She is also jealous of Coco, a fan-favorite character and the perfect choice for the Easter main character class, as she mentions in a letter to Coco. However, she doesn't hate Coco, as seen in the episode "Withering," where she is seen hugging her and perhaps preparing a gift for her. These interactions between Bassie and Coco are also noteworthy.

Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are a dark gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a Twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face changes depending on what skin she's wearing.

She sometimes acts arrogantly and condescendingly. She's also logical and well-intentioned towards the other cartoon characters, even wanting them to improve, despite her bluntness. She's often rude and haughty. Despite her bluntness, she shows concern for the other cartoon characters, and her rudeness is unintentional. Despite her sarcastic and condescending personality, it's suggested that she hides her feelings to appear more confident than she actually is. This is hinted at in Cosmo Render, where she becomes defensive when he realizes she's not well.

Shelly is one of the main characters in Gardenview. She is a beige ammonite shell with a black hole on the left side of her head. She has an orange-red complexion and lower eyelashes under each eye. She wears a dark brown dress with a light brown, sleeveless undershirt. When she is in pain, she closes her eyes tightly, and her smile turns into a wide-open grimace. She enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms, and she also has other hobbies, such as sewing, which is evident in her conversations with [character's name]. She is always energetic and goes out of her way to get along with others, even turning cruelty towards her into strange kindness, as seen in her conversation with [character's name]. She is very supportive and kind to others, as hinted at by her active ability, perhaps due to the influence of her cartoon trainer or her natural energy. Bobbit Show, Bud Show, Yata Show, Shrimp Shrimp Show—Shelley is often surprised, even delighted, when other cartoon characters, especially the main ones, pay attention to her, as evidenced by her dialogues. Perhaps this is because she often goes unnoticed or is ignored by others. For reasons unknown...

Sprout, one of the main characters in Gardenview, is a tall strawberry who wears a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around her neck and draped over her back. He is usually depicted with eight simple light green leaves, three of which are above his head, three others cover his forehead like bangs, and the last two hang at the back of his head. He has dark redness on his cheeks, and three black seed-like freckles on each cheek, for a total of six freckles. His limbs are reddish-pink, lighter than his torso and head are blunt, protective, and practical, as evidenced by his inherent ability described as "overprotective". He often brings up the topic of baking and cooking in his interactions, due to him being his best friend, and they both share a passion for baking and cooking. Cosmo Show However, unlike Cosmo, he is not easily fooled, as evidenced by his encounters with anyone, and may be a bit pushy, but with good intentions. He is mostly quiet and withdrawn, especially when interacting with cartoon characters he is not comfortable with. Sprout is more open and enthusiastic with cartoon characters with whom he has a close relationship, such as when he is with Cosmo or anyone else. For this reason, Sprout is not the best socializing cartoon character, as evidenced by his interaction with [Character Name]. He reassures her of her condition, but inadvertently points out one of her weaknesses. Although he is not gullible, he sometimes appears clumsy or forgetful, as shown in a television recording in which he left an oven unattended, causing a fire that was quickly extinguished. This was mentioned in a register on one of the warehouse floors, and was apparently repeated often, as Sam said they always kept an eye on it to make sure nothing burned. Sprout's candor and seriousness can sometimes make him appear stern, despite his gentle appearance. But at his core, he is a very protective and caring person, if a bit bossy with the other Toons.

Astro is one of the main characters. Astro is a light greenish blue cartoon character, with a face resembling a waning crescent. The right side of his face is pitch black, and his eyes are star-shaped white. He wears a cornflower-colored blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his four arms so much that they are barely visible as faint lines in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the crescent side of his face. There is an indigo line running horizontally around his blanket, located just above its edge. Under his blanket, he wears a pair of medium-length black shorts, which are barely visible due to being covered by the blanket, but which previous versions of him were not wearing. He wears a slouch sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with light blue trim and a light blue wool ball at the tip. During states of unconsciousness, it emits a blue glow that changes color depending on the outfit equipped. Astro is an introverted, shy, and quiet cartoon character. He loves interacting with his fellow cartoon characters, even without initiating a conversation. He enjoys peace and quiet, and may become upset or withdrawn when disturbed. However, he is never bothered by the results of his friends' actions, except in exceptional cases. He speaks in a formal style, but he can easily break this style if someone makes him angry. However, he has a slightly playful and flirtatious side, such as when he suggests engaging in additional hobbies in a sarcastic tone. He is ready to help his friends solve their problems, especially those related to dreams, so he gives Toons the dreams he desires. However, he still helps in other ways, such as helping [person's name], but backs off when his help is rejected or transferred to someone else. On one occasion, he tried to reassure her, but calmed down when she exploded. When [person's name] insisted on discussing his problems, Astro quickly responded

His full name is Dandicus Dancifer, and he is the main cartoon character and mascot of the Dandy universe. He works as a salesman in an item shop. Appearance: Dandy is a flower-like, imaginary creature. His most distinctive feature is his six petals, arranged clockwise: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, with red on top of his head. His face and torso are yellowish-white, while his limbs and cheeks are light green. He is kind, responsible, and bright, but also suspicious and harbors darker secrets. Dandy seems either impulsive or afraid of being ignored, losing his patience when you don't buy from him and eventually exploding in anger.
