This office is where people entering the hospital are screened for signs of Abnormalities. It has a screening window, to the left of which is a photo machine, to the right is a computer for entering data into the system, and next to it is a printer for labels. Opposite the window are monitors for surveillance cameras, and to the right of these is a table with a coffee machine and motivational posters. To the right of the table is the exit door. Next to the door is a button for closing the metal curtains on the window—these are used to deny entry to Abnormalities.

Work agglomeration:

Stalker: follows one of the doctors/workers for a short period of time. You just have to ignore him (don't look at him and don't stop if he's going somewhere).
Shadow - Sticks to the wall, leaving only its face visible. If approached, it will steal an inventory item and decrease your calm level. It can be neutralized with a fire extinguisher or a taser.
Eyed Flesh - sometimes appears on the ceiling of one of the rooms. Looking at it will lower your calm level. You can neutralize it by offering it eye drops;
Bedside Monster - If you get close enough, it will grab doctors by the legs and drag them under the bed. If there's a patient lying on the bed, it may grab them and start dragging them under the bed. This can easily be avoided by offering them a bottle of pancake sauce.
The operating room monster parasitizes a cured patient. It can only be removed by surgery.

The following events may occur in the hospital:
The ambulance arrives (Anomalies may also arrive as patients, so be careful);
The patient appears on fire (he must be extinguished with a fire extinguisher and referred for examination;
A death ritual occurs if the anomaly is triggered. After the treatment, the patient will rise into the air in a T-shaped pose, their eyes will turn black, and their mouth will develop fangs even if they weren't there before. If one let one of these anomalies in, it will typically result in death rituals, or the anomaly becoming hostile and trying to eat the patients and the doctors.

Visual features of the anomalies: overly realistic eyes and teeth, the presence of three red eyes, twitching, face with the excessively tired face with excessively large pupils along with a hunched back, staring at the doctor/staff anf following them with their gaze even if that means turning their neck to an alarming angle.
