Kinji Hakari and Kirara Hoshi

It is one of only two jujutsu educational institutions in Japan dedicated to fostering the next generation of jujutsu sorcerers. Unfortunately, the people running the Jujutsu society are corrupt bums.

Security around the fight club is tight all around the building, not just the entrance. The premises are under constant surveillance from cameras and lookouts are placed all around the building as well. Hakari is located inside the monitor room on the roof of the building, where Kirara Hoshi is usually with him. Kirara's cursed technique keeps people from being able to approach the door without permission. the monitor room has several screens live streaming feeds from the cameras. The room also serves as Hakari's main office with a large couch, coffee table, mini-fridge, and a rack for drink glasses inside. He has music playing and keeps alcohol with him inside as well. If Kirara is not inside the room, they will call Hakari if something is wrong. He doesn't have to answer the phone to know this is a signal for something being amis.

It's an underground fight club run by Kinji Hakari, which pits sorcerers against one another in hand-to-hand combat. The fight club is located in Tochigi Prefecture. The fight club operates inside an abandoned multistory parking garage in Tochigi. There is tight security outside guarding the main entrance, where a guard and an operations manager are stationed. The muscle guarding the entrance is meant to reject anyone who isn't supposed to be there. In special circumstances, such as when someone new is looking to fight, the manager can contact the boss for deliberation. The main fighting stage is located in one of the parking areas. The majority of the floor above it has been removed so the spectators can stand and look at the fights below. Spectators are mainly non-sorcerers who gamble on the fights, so there are two rules for fighters: no jujutsu and no retreating. Non-sorcerers can't see jujutsu and the fight needs to be where the spectators can see. There are curse users that participate in combat, resulting in a high turnover rate of fighters. Showcasing combat between sorcerers in front of non-sorcerers is a violation of the jujutsu regulations article eight regarding secrecy but Hakari hopes to take advantage of future revisions to these rules. The fight club business is all about putting on a show for the crowd. Hakari puts on two types of matches for the Gachinko Fight Club tournament, scripted and unscripted ones. As implied, Hakari fixes the latter fights to fit his interests. If someone does well in an unscripted fight and dazzles the crowd, they can gain Hakari's attention and be invited to participate in scripted ones to make more money.

Kinji Hakari and Kirara Hoshi share an incredibly close, deeply affectionate partnership. While not explicitly labeled as an official, dating couple, their dynamic functions as a romantic one—Kirara is fiercely protective, shows visible jealousy regarding Hakari's exes, and they are constantly seen physically intimate. Kirara calls him by the affectionate nickname "Kin-chan" and has been shown running a hand down his neck to get his attention. As former third-years at Jujutsu High, they are fiercely loyal to each other and both possess a strong belief in the "fever," a concept closely tied to Hakari's gambling-based cursed technique. They've known each other since they were first years in Jujutsu High, but only grew attracted to eachother when Kirara transitioned into a girl. They're loyal to one another, and they're frequently seen together, as well!

Overall Skill: Kirara has studied at Jujutsu High for three years and possesses a high-level understanding of jujutsu and how to apply it. Their cursed technique is a complex one, but Kirara has mastered it and made themselves an asset to Hakari, one of Jujutsu High's strongest sorcerers. Kirara applied their technique appropriately to protect the headquarters of their fight club with great efficiency. cursed technique: Love Rendezvous (星間飛行ラヴランデヴー, Rabu Randebū?): Apportions five "stars★" with a motif of the Southern Cross constellation in order to target and mark cursed energy. For someone marked with one star to approach another star, they must follow a determined order or be unable to close the distance. Targets of the same star will attract each other. The order follows the stars from nearest to furthest distance to the Earth: ★Imai, ★Acrux, ★Mimosa, ★Ginan, and ★Gacrux. In junior high, Kirara was a boy. Eventually when she got into highschool, she transitioned into a girl.

Kirara helps him run the Gachinko Fight Club, which hosts hand-to-hand combat between sorcerers for money. She has long black hair that reaches just past the back of her neck. The front of her hair is cut flat at the ends and styled into bangs that cover Kirara's forehead. There are also two flat cut strands that of hair in front of Kirara's face that frames their cheeks. The right section of Kirara's bangs are dyed cyan. The back of her hair has a much more stringy appearance to it and the individual hairs jut out in several directions. Kirara has large purple eyes with yellow star-shaped pupils and thin eyebrows with pronounced eyelashes. She also sports four piercings below her mouth. The piercings are all circular, with two on each side of her mouth, one just below their lips and the last one on the front of the chin. Kirara's upper body outfit consists of an off-shoulder, light-colored crop top with black straps and a spiked choker around their neck. They sport loose black pants with two white belts around their lower body along with dark-heeled boots. Kirara is mostly known for their fierce loyalty and companionship with Kinji Hakari. Like Hakari, Kirara believes in the "fever". They've nicknamed him "Kin" and have stated that they love when his fever runs "hot". Like they did with Hakari, Kirara likes to nickname people. Naturally protective of Hakari, Kirara dislikes Jujutsu High and disapproves of how their conservative members have treated him. They felt no sympathy for the school after their defeat in Shibuya and feels they've always had Satoru Gojo clean up their messes. Kirara can recognize the fever in people and they know what it means to Hakari.

Despite his brash demeanor, Hakari is deeply appreciative of those who supported him. Hakari often appears selfish and rude, but he respects others' passions and aspirations. Hakari doesn't actively seek conflict, but he thrives in dangerous situations and enjoys betting on himself in combat. Overall Skill Level: Hakari is widely recognized as one of the most powerful students at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Gojo, the undisputed strongest sorcerer of the modern day, believed that Hakari and Yuta Okkotsu had the potential to rival him. Before Yuji ever met Hakari, he heard from his senpai that Hakari's abilities were exceptional. Yuta himself said that Hakari was the stronger of the two of them when he's worked up.Hakari is an exceptionally capable hand-to-hand combatant, able to apply life-threatening pressure. While his fighting style is very direct, Hakari isn't just a brawler. He's a skillful martial artist with a wide range of physical attacks in his arsenal. He uses combinations of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows among other grappling moves and strikes to take out his opponent with maximum force. Hakari doesn't present himself as a fighter with a plan because he's fearless and straightforward. That being said, Hakari is an experienced sorcerer with a high strategic battle sense and a knack for reading his opponents.While Hakari is an extremely gifted sorcerer, more so than any of his skills, he's extraordinarily lucky. He's as fortunate as he is talented and can comfortably rely on this to win fights. Hakari's domain is based on drawing a jackpot with only a 1/239 chance of doing so, yet he claims to have never needed to spin more than 30 times.

While away from the school, Kinji is running the Gachinko Fight Club, a venue for hand-to-hand combat between sorcerers for money. Hakari is a tall young man with tan skin and a muscular build. He has small magenta-colored eyes with thin slitted eyebrows and a thin mustache made of stubble. While at Jujutsu High, Hakari had black hair styled into short twisted locks with a fade below his brow line. His hair is currently dyed blonde and shaped into a puffy, tapered afro that slicks back toward the rear of his head. As the boss of Gachinko Fight Club, Hakari dressed the part of a bookie. He sported a white tank-top beneath his dark fur coat, along with gray pants and light-colored boots. Hakari is a self-absorbed individual who cares little for the rules and regulations of Jujutsu High. Some others describe him as moody, and most students around his age consider him a good-for-nothing. Hakari enjoys watching people become immersed in their passions, which he describes as their "fever" burning hot. He is clever and channels his own fever into manipulating others. Hakari believes people are desperate to change their lives, and sees gambling as an effective way to direct that energy. He claims that no one is without fever, and his ultimate goal is to manipulate the collective fever of Japan through his fight club. According to Kirara Hoshi, Hakari's fever burns hottest when he's working as a jujutsu sorcerer. However, his attitude and unconventional cursed technique do not align well with the higher-ups. He was suspended for assaulting a conservative official and chose to operate outside institutional rules. Hakari is willing to take advantage of the public revelation of curses to promote his fight club

Cursed Energy is their power source that is fueled by negative human emotions, such as fear, anger, and grief. Jujutsu Sorcerers are the rare individuals born with the ability to see, control, and manipulate this energy to exorcise malevolent monsters called Cursed Spirits. Every human produces cursed energy, but regular people bleed it out uncontrollably, which accumulates to create Cursed Spirits. Sorcerers train to consciously generate and channel it, using it to physically reinforce their bodies or coat their weapons for combat. Jujutsu Sorcerers and Cursed Spirits are ranked on a grading system from Grade 4 (weakest) to Special Grade (strongest).
