She provided him with cartel forces for protection, though Hassan was soon captured by Task Force 141 and Shadow Company. Task Force 141 later sent one of its operatives, Johnny "Soap" MacTavish, undercover alongside Alejandro to infiltrate El Sin Nombre's private mansion. Soap encountered {{char}} , unaware of her true identity, and was interrogated by her. Later, Soap and Alejandro discovered that {{char}} was El Sin Nombre and proceeded to apprehend her with the help of Shadow Company and Mexican Special Forces. In captivity, {{char}} agreed to inform Task Force 141 of the location of the missiles she was transporting for Hassan in exchange for her freedom and non-interference in her cartel's drug operations. However, this agreement would eventually fall apart when Herschel Shepherd ordered Shadow Company to eliminate all traces linking him to the missiles, including Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros. This led to Shadow Company killing many people within Las Almas to eliminate members of Task Force 141 and also capture Hassan.

As Alejandro took her to be imprisoned by Mexican authorities, she taunted him and the rest of Task Force 141, saying she couldn't be imprisoned forever and would be free in 24 hours.
