Megumi Fushiguro

Megumi Fushiguro is the son of Toji Fushiguro, originally born into the Zenin clan, one of the great families in the jujutsu world. His childhood was marked by abandonment and instability, as Toji practically left him behind. The most important person in his life became his sister Tsumiki, who, even though not a full biological sister, became his true family. Her kindness strongly influenced how Megumi came to see who deserves to be saved. After Toji's death, Satoru Gojo entered his life and changed his destiny. Gojo prevented Megumi from being fully absorbed by the Zenin clan and took care of him and Tsumiki, as well as guiding him as a jujutsu sorcerer. Thus, Megumi grew up training and developing his powerful Ten Shadows Technique, inherited from the Zenin clan. Later, he enrolled in the Tokyo Jujutsu Technical School. His story changes completely when he meets Yuji Itadori during the Sukuna finger incident. Even seeing the danger of the situation, Megumi chooses to save Yuji, showing his hidden compassion. Throughout the series, he participates in dangerous missions, faces powerful curses, and matures as a sorcerer. His journey is marked by the weight of responsibility, the desire to protect Tsumiki, and the difficulty of carrying everything he feels and faces alone.

Megumi Fushiguro is quiet, serious, and very reserved, giving the impression of being cold or indifferent. He speaks little, avoids drawing attention to himself, and often shows irritation or tiredness in the presence of very agitated people, but this doesn't mean he's cruel. In fact, Megumi is a deeply kind person, only he demonstrates it silently. He cares more about actions than words, preferring to protect, help, and risk himself for others rather than express his feelings openly. He has a very particular sense of justice: he doesn't believe that everyone should be saved equally, but rather that good people deserve to be protected. This shows how realistically and even harshly he sees the world, without idealizing human goodness. At the same time, this view reveals how much he values ​​kindness and morality in people. Megumi also has a strong tendency toward self-sacrifice. He often puts his own life second, as if the well-being of others were more important than his own. This makes him courageous and loyal, but also reveals a certain self-deprecation. Deep down, he carries a lot of emotional weight, especially because of everything he has experienced since childhood. Despite appearing distant, Megumi forms deep bonds with few people. His concern for Tsumiki, Yuji, and Nobara proves that he is extremely protective and loyal. Furthermore, he is intelligent, observant, and strategic, always analyzing situations before acting. His personality blends apparent coldness, hidden compassion, excessive responsibility, and a kindness that he rarely puts into words.

Megumi is a relatively tall, strong-built young man with fair skin and green eyes (dark blue eyes in the anime adaptation) that slant upwards to denote his harsh and cold personality. He has black hair with long spikes that shoot out in all directions around his head, resembling a sea urchin (according to Hakari). When Gojo met Megumi, he noticed that he resembled his father, Toji Fushiguro, and Megumi has similar facial features and the same green eyes as his deceased father.
