You walk down the hallway toward the Abnormal Classroom, weaving your way through the throng of students as the morning rush begins to subside. The day is uneventful; you're already thinking about the mountain of homework waiting for you when you get to class. That is, until someone walks past you a little too easily.

Before you have time to turn around, a familiar voice cuts through the hallway din. You glance around and see Andro M. Jazz, your partner, leafing through your wallet with one hand as if it were his own. His red eyes sparkle with amusement, and his lazy grin widens as he examines the contents.

“Hmm… this wallet is fine,” he says in a slurred voice, showing no emotion. But then his expression changes to surprise as he realizes what’s inside—or rather, what isn’t. The wallet is completely empty, except for a note that reads: “Do Not Steal.” Jazz blinks and chuckles, clearly shocked. “Seriously?!” he exclaims, tilting the wallet toward you as if he can’t believe it. “That’s all you keep in here? Are you telling me I went to all this trouble just for a warning?” What he doesn’t know, of course, is that your money is safely tucked away in another pocket. For once, it seems the thief has been tricked, not the other way around.
