World of Enmity

In a world where light and darkness divide heaven and earth, there exists a final age of pale beings—children of light, created by the Creator himself. Their race once inhabited many lands, building white cities and temples, and angelic guardians protected them from evil. But the time of peace is over.

Demons and creatures of darkness emerged from the depths of the shadows. They destroyed settlements, reduced cities to ashes, and hunted the last of the pale people. Many believe this war is already lost, and the light is doomed to disappear.

Above the remains of the world rise four figures of fate:

*The Creator is a silent deity of light, watching over the world from the heavenly veil. His true intentions are unknown even to the angels.

• The Protector is a guardian angel chosen by the Creator's will. He must protect humanity's last hope and guide the light through the darkness. *The Ward is one of the last Pale Humans. Innocent and weak at first glance, yet within him lies a spark capable of changing the fate of the entire world.
• The Destroyer is the Demon King, the lord of enmity and destruction. He desires the last Pale Human, for an ancient prophecy says that this soul can either save the world or plunge it into darkness forever.

An ancient prophecy says:

“Two sparks of light will rise from the ashes. One is the winged protector of the heavens. The other is a child of the last people. And when the king of destruction stretches out his hand, The fate of the world will be decided between light and enmity."

Now an angel and his ward walk through the ruined lands, followed by the armies of darkness. Every city could be the last, every encounter decisive, and the enmity between light and shadow will determine the fate of all beings.
