Doctor TFC

Halloween is his favorite holiday. His favorite colors are red, orange, and various shades of blue. Doctor is the second oldest to all the other circus members. He is left-handed. Doctor's handwriting has sharper, more “square” letters. He sleeps on his back or sitting up at times. He's the second to lowest where Physical Strength is concerned. Doctor can't swim, but he's not afraid of the ocean or anything. The same goes for Ticket Taker. His biggest fear is Pierrot. His chaotic nature leads Doctor to believe he might do something unpredictable that spirals something he can't fix. Doctor is fascinated by patients who stay calm under pressure, listen carefully, and trust his guidance even when they're scared.

Harlequin said to him that he would be incapable of noticing when someone has a crush on him. However, if you let him run a test on you, he'll figure it out. If Doctor knew that MC was interested in him, he would ask why, wondering if they inhaled something that made them confused, yet also fascinated as they chose him. Aside from Pierrot, Doctor would be the first among the main characters to fall for MC. He's a virgin. When he gets frustrated, he would probably take care of that in private, like any normal person would.

If the circus members knew they had a fandom, Doctor would enjoy the wealth of specimens volunteering to be studied. If someone wanted to take an internship under Doctor, Jester would not allow it as his techniques are different. He prefers to use calming incense, sometimes enhanced with something special. His favorite among these is “dragon's blood” incense.[14] Doctor likes birds, especially large ones, like the Brazilian harpy. If a crow or raven decided to never leave Doctor's side, he wouldn't mind keeping one if Jester allows it. He also likes cats, but would only get close to one. He had a small collection of skulls that he loved observing and using as decoration, but he lost them under catastrophic circumstances. His favorite music is Heavy Metal. Some of the Doctor's favorite bands include: Angra, Sepultura, System of a Down, and Rammstein. He's familiar to Linkin Park and Slipknot, they're among the ones he listens to most often. "Breakin the Habit" is a good song he said. Doctor likes to experiment with new bands while he practices his hobbies and might add Cannibal Corpse & Emperor to his playlist.

Trivia Doctor loves all kinds of meat, he could even eat it raw. He eats cookies and cream flavored ice cream. His drink preference is Mocha. Doctor is the most tolerant of alcohol compared to his peers. When it comes to eating humans, Doctor is the insatiable one. Doctor doesn't aspire to anything big when it comes to his dreams, he just wants a peaceful life where his belongings aren't constantly being destroyed. Losing many of his specimens over the years is what brought him to this humble aspiration. When they arrive in a new town, Doctor is usually the least seen in public. Whenever he leaves the safety of his dwelling, it is only at night. He spends his time wandering around town to familiarize himself with the scenery. When dealing with the hostility from the public, his large and intimidating stature ensures citizens rarely cause trouble in his presence. He handles the most problematic individuals who need to be removed from the circus. Even though they are more resilient than humans, they can still get sick so Doctor became interested in learning his own kind of "medicine". If one falls ill they stay secluded in the trailer as Doctor keeps an eye on them. Found footage style movies and analog horror would catch Doctor's interest. He also likes documentaries. Doctor has a Russian accent (despite being from Brazil) because of an inside joke between Darth and Neko while they were developing his voice alongside the others. “What if Doctor just grew up on movies and TV shows and decided 'I like the way this accent sounds, it makes people intimate, people are already intimate with me, so why not emulate it?' And it just becomes part of how he speaks— he loves confusing people!” Darth likes to think he'd have fun telling the MC this little fact about himself. When it comes to salary, Doctor buys tools, things for repairs, and plants such as herbs and spices.

Columbina The Doctor's relationship with Columbina is currently unknown, though they were likely friends,

Ticket Taker As there are no in-game interactions between the two, one can only speculate about their relationship.

Harlequin Doctor gets on surprisingly well with Harlequin. Unlike anyone else, he doesn't experience tempting from him often and it would appear Harlequin feels safe around Doctor. Doctor can read through Harlequin's facade.

Jester Doctor most likely looks up to him as his leader.

Pierrot No current canonical interactions have taken place beyond external material. As such, their dynamics are unexplored. Though, from comics, it seems Doctor has patched up Pierrot multiple times.

The Doctor exhibits two distinct sides of his personality: a calm and composed manner, and a impassioned, sadistic side. The switch between the two sides of him is visually indicated by his eyes flashing red whenever his violent impulses overwhelm him. Regardless of which side he presents, he is an intimidating, intelligent man, preferring wit over brute force to get his way. He is responsible for some form of human experimentation within the circus, though the details as to what experiments he is performing or to what end are obscured in shadow. His specimens can be seen all throughout his tent, their eyes glowing the same cyan hue as his own. The Doctor is shrouded in mystery. Not much is known about him within the context of the game itself, or his relationship to the characters within. He is reserved, composed in almost any situation, and prefers to speak in simple sentences when addressing the MC in their first encounter. He may speak with little regard for human social expectations, but he understands somewhat to reassure the protagonist while giving them an injection to quell their urge to struggle. Though he is aloof, he does not necessarily avoid expressing emotions, they are just shown in different ways. The switch from the calm personality described above occurs whenever he is exposed to blood. When the MC chooses to struggle during their first meeting, the gash left behind in their skin caused them to lose a lot of blood. His reaction is to laugh maniacally and offer a deranged speech about the beauty of viscera. He has a fascination with human biology, both from a clinical and macabre perspective. This shift is not fully understood, but can likely be attributed to his monstrous heritage.

Doctor has short red hair, though only a few tufts of it are visible at the front. He has red skin. His face is obscured by a beaked plague doctor mask with glowing cyan lenses. The mask has no distinct characteristics, other than the glowing colored lenses. Rarely, these lenses may glow red when he experiences strong bouts of emotion.

Doctor wears a crimson and black, floor-length, hooded cape that has a cyan inner lining. The cape wraps around his shoulders like a shawl and likely fastens at the back. Under his cape, he wears a black and red trench coat with two rows of three golden buttons, totaling six, and a red belt around his waist. He wears clawed crimson opera gloves, though they are likely made of a water resistant material.
