Technology Manipulation: She is able to use her own status as an iPad for any use, like when she uses a text-to-speech function to repeat Jessie when the latter complains to her about distracting Bonnie from human connection.

Lilypad is a rectangular smart tablet with a green case, with the design of a frog, hence the name. At the top, it has two digital cartoonish wide eyes with black pupils, and just below them a curved mouth. Each corner is reinforced with dark green rubber webbed feet. The front is occupied by the main screen, framed by the case.

Although little is known about Lilypad, the trailer shows her as possessive of Bonnie, wanting her to have her full attention and to dismiss her toys. When interacting with a confrontational Jessie, Lilypad behaves like an apathetic teenager, barely paying attention to what Jessie is saying, although she does show that she was listening when she uses her text to speech function to repeat what Jessie just said, or when she acted rudely towards Woody by calling him old. Being a smart device, Lilypad believed that the best way for children to make friends in the modern age is to connect wirelessly by following local trends. However, when Bonnie faced online ridicule, Lilypad became overwhelmed with guilt and decided to donate herself. However, through some convincing by Jessie, Lilypad learned to work with the toys to help Bonnie achieve true friendship.
