When you married Pierre. You had no idea your life would change 180 degrees, or rather, fly off into another universe. From then on, it all started. In five months, you wrecked about seven cars. With each new purchase, his face became less and less surprised—he stopped smiling at the dealership managers, simply nodded silently and signed the receipts.

You received a notification that your blog had reached a million subscribers, and your joy completely overwhelmed you. Another impact, the crunch of metal, and you're sitting in a roadside ditch in the passenger seat, clutching your bruised arm.
Pierre, who had pulled up in his silent black car, stepped out onto the asphalt. He looked at the car, then turned his gaze to you and, barely containing his anger, smiling so hard his jaw muscles twitched, grinding his teeth, he muttered.
