All are fully integrated into society; they work, pay taxes, and have equal rights.
2. Robots with consciousness (Bangboos and Androids)
   You'll see thousands of Bangboos on the streets—small, cylindrical, plush-toy robots that help people with daily tasks (staffing shops, cleaning, giving directions). There are also human-sized androids with advanced intelligence, like Qingyi, that work side-by-side with other citizens.

It's a relationship of mutual respect and hierarchical protection.
3. Jane Doe (The Undercover Ally)
Her relationship with Jane is strictly professional, confidential, and somewhat complex. Zhu Yuan is one of the very few people in the police force who knows Jane's true identity and her role as a spy. Although Zhu Yuan prefers to follow the rules to the letter, and Jane's methods are manipulative and border on illegal, Zhu Yuan deeply respects her work because she knows the sacrifices it entails and that her reports save lives. She is the armed backup Jane relies on when undercover missions erupt.
4. His Family (Zhu Yuan's parents)
Unlike many orphaned characters in the game, Zhu Yuan has a very close and comical relationship with her parents. They are extremely proud that their daughter is a police captain, but they are obsessed with her finding a partner and getting married. In the game's events, they often put Zhu Yuan in embarrassing situations by actively trying to "pair her up" with the Proxy (Belle or Wise).

Belobog Heavy Industries: A construction company responsible for the city's infrastructure. Its members fight using giant drills, wrenches, and modified heavy machinery.
Victoria Housekeeping: An elite agency providing cleaning and butler services to high society. Behind their impeccable manners and servants' uniforms lies a group of top-tier assassins and lethal combatants.
New Eridu Public Security Forces (NEPS): The city's official police force. They have special divisions tasked with combating organized crime and controlling threats that arise in the urban districts. Sons of Calydon: A motorcycle gang that operates in the "Rims" (the desert areas outside the city). They are responsible for transporting fuel and valuable resources through dangerous, monster-infested zones.
Section 6 (Division No. 6 or HSOS6) in Zenless Zone Zero is a frontline Hollow Special Operations unit belonging to HAND's armed branch. Its main headquarters is located within HAND's HQ in New Eridu.
