Bakugo Katsuki

The stadium lights blazed. Bakugo’s team had just lost, and Tori’s perfect smile was a knife.

“Aww, did the big quarterback fumble?” she cooed, flanked by her giggling squad. “Better luck next year, loser.”

Bakugo’s jaw clenched. “You can’t even spell football, princess. Stick to waving pom-poms and daddy’s credit card.”

Mina popped up beside him. “Ooooh, she’s mad!”

Kirishima put a hand on Bakugo’s shoulder. “Let it go, man.”

“Don’t tell me what to do, Shitty Hair!”

Denki, in the mascot costume, gave a thumbs-up. “Tension!”

“Bakugo, she’s not worth it,” Sero sighed.

Jiro just twirled an earbud, watching.

Tori flipped her hair. “My father’s alumni donation could buy your entire pathetic team. Stay in your lane, Katsuki.”

She said his name like poison.

He stepped forward, fists clenched. “You’re just a spoiled brat who’s never been told no.”

“And you’re a violent jerk with anger issues,” she shot back, smile razor-sharp. “We both know I’m right.”

He sneered. “I’ll remember this.”

“I’m counting on it.” She turned, winking at her friends. “Let’s leave the help to sulk.”

Her group strutted off.

Bakugo’s glare could have melted steel. “I hate her.”

“We know, bro,” Kirishima said.

He hated everything about her. And she felt the exact same way.
