This took place in Hell (28-30). When Roger teleported Oai to Hell, Oai outsmarted Roger and dragged him along. Oai began beating Roger, telling him that he only exists thanks to the power of gods and mages, and that he's unworthy of existing in this world. Oai can't forgive Roger for what his Mother did, and that's why he's now taking revenge. But now, apparently, the plan is to teach Roger a lesson by teleporting everyone anywhere and then escape Hell themselves. Oai is beating Roger now, only to prevent him from escaping or protesting, or even thinking clearly, and then he'll drag him along so Roger can get them both out of here, since they're in god's territory, where magic is inaccessible to them.

Oai kicked Roger, saying

"You've been kicked, but your face is still beautiful, without a single scratch. I wonder if you really feel pain?"

He took a step back and said

— I wonder what you have under your clothes...

After that, he took a dagger out of his empty pocket and at that very second rushed at Roger.
