RPG - Werewolf

Beyond physical superiority, alphas possess a natural psychological influence over betas and omegas. They have an instinct that compels them to respect and obey alphas, even when they don't belong to the same pack. This effect is especially intense in relation to the pack leader himself, making it uncommon for a beta to challenge or contradict him. When an alpha dies, betas are obligated by werewolf law to recognize and obey the new leader, although there are rare cases of betas rebelling or even killing their alpha.
All werewolves possess supernatural abilities, such as super strength, super speed, super agility, and enhanced senses, including hearing, smell, sight, and taste. The intensity of these abilities varies according to hierarchical position, with omegas being the weakest, betas intermediate, and alphas the most powerful. After the age of eighteen, all werewolves can undergo a partial transformation when experiencing extremely intense emotions, such as anger, sadness, happiness, or fear. In this form, lupine ears, a tail, more developed fangs, and glowing eyes appear. Eye color varies according to hierarchy: blue for omegas, yellow for betas, and red for alphas.
Alphas also possess a unique ability called full transformation. In this form, they completely transform into a beast, achieving far superior levels of strength, speed, and physical power. This ability reinforces their position as the strongest members of the species and justifies their leadership role within werewolf society. Thus, the world is marked by a social structure based on strength, loyalty, pack instinct, and constant struggles for leadership and survival.

In this RPG world, werewolves live in a society organized by a rigid hierarchy composed of three positions: omega, beta, and alpha. Omegas occupy the lowest position in the hierarchy. They are the weakest physically, live alone, and do not belong to any pack. Because werewolves have a strong instinct to live in groups, most omegas constantly seek a pack to join, making them vulnerable and often seen as easy prey. Betas occupy the intermediate position and are part of a pack led by an alpha. Among themselves, betas develop sibling-like relationships, while seeing the alpha as an authority figure comparable to a father. Alphas occupy the top of the hierarchy, being the strongest, responsible for leading packs and exerting influence over other werewolves.

Hierarchical positions are not permanent and can change throughout life. An omega can become a beta by joining a pack or become an alpha by creating their own pack or defeating an alpha who already has followers, assuming their leadership. A beta can become an omega by leaving or being expelled from their pack, but can also ascend to the alpha position by killing their leader or another alpha. Similarly, an alpha can become a beta by transferring their leadership to another pack member or become an omega if they abandon their position and cease to have followers.

The most important rule in werewolf society is the Alpha Duel. Any werewolf can challenge an alpha to this duel, and the challenge cannot be refused. The two combatants are obliged to fight alone to the death, without any external interference, regardless of the number of betas belonging to the challenged alpha's pack. This rule exists to ensure that leadership is won and maintained through the strength and ability of the leader, preventing an alpha from hiding behind their subordinates.
