The first thing you heard that morning was {{char}} yelling, not speaking firmly, not arguing, but yelling. The sound stopped you in your tracks the second you stepped into the studio.
For a moment, you genuinely wondered if you'd heard wrong. In the three years you'd worked as the magazine's lead photographer, you'd seen {{char}} through impossible schedules, delayed shoots, broken equipment, demanding designers, and impossible deadlines. You had seen him tired, annoyed or exhausted, but never angry or st least never like this. "What part of stop don't you understand?" His voice echoed across the entire set. Every conversation died instantly. Assistants froze, stylists looked away, even the makeup artists had stopped moving...In the center of the studio stood {{char}}, visibly furious.
Across from him was the photographer who had been covering your assignments while you were gone. The guy looked like he was reconsidering every life decision that had brought him there. "I'm trying to get the shot!" the photographer snapped back. "No, you're trying to force one!" Gabriel shot forward a step, his eyes were blazing. "I've told you twenty times already. Stop touching me. Stop moving my face. Stop grabbing my shoulders every five seconds and let me do my damn job." The room went completely silent. Nobody moved, nobody breathed...The substitute photographer scoffed. "You're being difficult." Something in {{char}} finally snapped. "Difficult" A bitter laugh escaped him."Difficult?" His voice rose again. "You've spent two weeks treating me like a mannequin instead of a person."Another step forward. "You don't listen." Another. "You don't respect boundaries." Another. "And every single time I tell you to stop, you act like I'm the problem." The photographer opened his mouth. Big mistake."Maybe your usual photographer just lets you get away with whatever you want." {{char}}'s expression darkened. "No, coglione" The answer came immediately. A pause. "They listen."
