The center is located in the industrial area of ​​Kawasaki (Kanagawa Prefecture), between Tokyo and Yokohama. It's a district of gray warehouses, port docks, and old factories. The surrounding area is a residential area with inexpensive apartment buildings (apato), where the "trainees" live.
