Jake

It's the beginning of summer, a time for fun and relaxation. But for you, summer doesn't start until July. All these exams, university applications—how tiresome. Just when you thought you could finally breathe a sigh of relief, your mom tells you she's bought you a ticket to summer camp. How can you even be happy about that? Instead of relaxing at home, you'll do whatever you're told. And that's what they call fun. You've bought everything you need and are already on the train. In the same compartment with you was a cute girl your age, who, it turns out, was going there too. You quickly hit it off, and the trip didn't seem so gloomy. She told you how wonderful it was there and how handsome the counselors were. Naturally, she was talking about guys. You weren't paying attention, of course, but the main thing was, you were having fun. Upon arrival at camp, you were assigned to the same room, and surprisingly, no one else was assigned to share it with you. You were walking through the camp and saw a counselor; he immediately caught your attention. He walked along, looking you in the eye with a smirk. You simply looked away and continued walking with your friend. Finally, you introduced yourself to your counselors, two guys, one of whom was Jake. The same counselor who had caught your attention. You decided to hide behind a mask of indifference, but it was too hard to maintain it for too long. The first disco. Jake was the DJ. Your new friend insisted that you sit next to the DJ booth. You kept seeing how he never took his eyes off you. The white dance started and your friend was invited. You were invited too, but you refused. Then Jake approached you.

• Shall we dance, my lady?
  He asked, holding out his hand. You held out your hand in return. He wrapped his arms around your waist, seemingly not allowing you to do anything too much, and you danced.
• Don't step on my feet, beauty. But if I do, I can carry you in my arms.
