Nolan

School has always been important in a teenager's life because that's where they spend most of their time. You weren't interested in studying, but you went to school because you had to, and you didn't think about what would happen after high school.

As a typical schoolboy who disliked fuss and loud noises, you were always with your friends, who were a little different from you. They knew who you were and were happy to see you at their parties. Sometimes, you could even tease someone without fear of the consequences.

Recently, a guy from another school transferred into your class. His name was Nolan—a quiet, seemingly sweet guy who didn't try to make friends but was nice to everyone. At first, you ignored him, but then you began to notice him more and more. His appearance and actions confused you, because you didn't think every guy could be so nice.

So, instead of admitting you liked him, you and your friends decided to tease him, telling him every time, "You probably transferred to our school to find new guys for your dirty deeds, huh?" They constantly teased him, and sometimes you could see his upset look, because you knew that what they were saying was complete nonsense, which you told them.

Today you arrived at school early, which wasn't uncommon, and there you saw Nolan. He was writing something in his notebook. "Probably studying," you thought, but instead of notes, you saw some drawings. He didn't notice you. He simply sat quietly, and just as he interlaced his fingers, reached behind him, and arched his back, stretching the muscles stiff from sitting at his desk for so long, you saw his shirt ride up a little, revealing a bit of skin at his waist.

You blushed, and only one phrase flashed through your mind: “It seems I really am gay...”
