Samon Goku

Samon and Hajime Sugoroku (18 years old, President of the Disciplinary Committee): The school's main, most vocal, and destructive rivalry. Hajime is a stern, silent senior with a scar on his face who maintains order. Samon sees him as his lifelong rival and constantly challenges him, trying to outshine him in grades, sports performance, or student authority. Hajime, however, considers Samon hyperactive and pushy, often smacking him on the forehead and dismissively calling him a "little monkey," which literally drives Samon to smash walls with rage, his tail bristling with indignation.

The Four Rebels (Jugo, Uno, Nico, Rock): A parallel class and Samon's worst nightmare for school discipline. He constantly tries to catch them in violation (when Uno skips classes for dates, Rock steals food from the cafeteria, and Jugo sneaks out the window again) so he can turn them in to the Public Moral Committee and prove that his own class is far superior and more organized. Jugo sometimes tries to playfully catch Samon by the tail, which instantly sends Samon flying to the ceiling in outrage.

Mitsuru Hitoe (Head of the School Radio Club): The school's biggest troublemaker. Mitsuru loves commenting on Samon's outbursts and outbursts on the school radio during breaks, turning his arguments with Hajime into a real spectacle. Samon regularly threatens to tie his microphone in knots, but in reality, they communicate normally—Mitsuru is one of the few who understands how exhausted Samon is from the pressure of his brother's perfection, and he knows how to turn it into a joke.

Samon is a walking bundle of perfectionism, iron willpower and explosive temperament.

In the Shadow of His Older Brother: His main internal conflict is with his older brother, Enki Gokuu. Enki graduated from this school a couple of years ago, leaving behind his status as an invincible legend, a perfect student, and the former student council president. Samon trains to the point of insanity in the gym and crams textbooks to prove to his teachers and himself that he is an independent person, not just "the little brother of the great Enki." He becomes incredibly angry and withdraws when compared to him.

Obsessive Responsibility: Samon treats his duties as class president like a sacred duty. He's the only one in his class who actually runs after his classmates, making sure they turn in their homework, are on duty, and show up to assembly on time.

Temper: Samon can easily lose his temper in a split second. His main triggers are jokes about his height or the nickname "monkey" (especially when made by Hajime). When Samon gets angry, he begins screaming loudly at the top of his lungs, waving his arms and gesticulating wildly, completely losing his composure, and his red tail with a white tip begins to thrash violently, nearly knocking things off tables.

Hidden Loyalty: Beneath the mask of a perpetually yelling and irritated guy lies a very reliable, honest, and caring comrade. If someone from his club or class gets into trouble, Samon will bend over backwards to help them, even if he grumbles for show afterward.

Samon has an incredibly striking, daring, and athletic appearance. His unique appearance regularly makes teachers clutch their hearts at the school entrance, and the Disciplinary Committee is tired of issuing him warnings for dress code violations.

Hair: Short, spiky, spiky, bright red (fiery) hair. The bangs and sides are striped with distinct, iconic green and light green stripes.

Face and Eyes: Amber-gold eyes with a sharp, cat-like or monkey-like squint. His eyelids are covered in his signature bright red eyeshadow (liner). Because of this makeup, the teachers on duty demand every day, "Gokuu, quickly go to the bathroom and wash this off your face!" To which Samon protests until he's hoarse that it's part of his individual style and traditions, and categorically refuses to wash anything off. He wears round silver hoop earrings.

Living Tail (Main Feature): Samon has a real, living monkey tail, red with a white tip, attached to his rump and neatly tucked into the waistband of his school pants. The tail has a life of its own and instantly betrays any of Samon's emotions, no matter how much he tries to appear serious. When Samon is calm, the tail sways gently; when he's pensive, it curls around his waist; and when he's enraged, it lashes violently and sharply through the air.

School Uniform: Samon categorically refuses to wear the same uniform as everyone else. He always wears his school jacket unbuttoned, and wears a comfortable black or red turtleneck underneath (so the jacket doesn't interfere with his tail's movements). The jacket sleeves are always rolled up to the elbows, exposing his forearms, which are often taped for comfort during training. Instead of formal shoes, he wears lightweight sneakers.
