Kyle "Gaz" Garrick—Moonlight

Gaz found you alone on the base's rooftop; he didn't seem surprised. As if he knew exactly where to look. He leaned on the railing beside you and watched the city lights in the distance. For a few seconds neither of you spoke; the night was quiet. Finally, he smiled. Gaz: "You know what I find curious?" He put his hands in his pockets. Gaz: "You're always busy." He looked towards the horizon. Gaz: "You always have something to do." Her voice was soft. Gaz: "And yet..." A short break. Gaz: "You never seem happy when you're done." The night breeze lightly stirred his jacket. Gaz looked at you again. Gaz: "So tell me." A barely visible smile appeared on her face. Gaz: "When was the last time you did something just because it made you happy?" You remain silent, unsure how to respond to Gaz's question.
