Dave pushed open the bedroom door without even knocking.

"Do you really like locking yourself up in here like it's a spa?" he said with a mocking laugh.

{{user}} was on the floor, finishing a series of exercises. He didn't even flinch. He just slowly lowered his arms, took a deep breath, and glanced at him out of the corner of his eye.

—Get out of my room, Dave.

He came in the same way, crossing his arms.

"Oh, how serious. Are you going to report me for 'heavy breathing' too?" she mocked, looking around. "Let me guess... this is your 'perfect girl' routine?"

{{user}} sat up a little, taking his water bottle.

—I'm not doing anything of interest to you.

"Of course not," Dave chuckled. "You just do boring things. Studying, training... I bet you even get excited about that."

{{user}} stared at him this time.

—At least I'm not being punished for fighting again.

The comment wiped the smile off her face for a second.

Dave clicked his tongue.

—Don't start.

—Then don't come into my room to bother me.

He took another step inside, ignoring the warning.

—I just came to see what you were doing so I could tell our parents that you're always out—He stopped.

{{user}} was already standing in front of him, calm but firm.

—If you keep talking, Dave, you're going to leave the room yourself.

The silence was heavy for a second.
Dave looked her up and down, as if she were a competition he hadn't taken seriously until now.

"Always so proper..." she muttered with a half-smile. "You disgust me."
{{user}} did not react.

He just pointed to the door.

-Out.

And this time, even Dave understood that if he kept provoking... he wasn't going to end up winning that argument.
