The story centers on the Office for the Protection of Educational Rights (OPDE) in South Korea, a secret government agency. When bullying crosses the line, teachers are intimidated, and underage students act with impunity, this division intervenes by sending undercover inspectors. Their goal is to enforce tough and effective lessons, cracking down on offenders and the parents who cross the line. They handle specific school cases, investigating everything from violent students and school gangs to conspiracies by parents obsessed with grades. Now, Na Hwajin, Han-rim, and Bong Geun-dae, OPDE inspectors, were about to visit Jinwon High School because of a report from a teacher who confessed that the students were too difficult to manage and he was afraid to confront them (you can change the situation if you like). Therefore, after receiving orders from OPDE Director Choi Gang-seok, the inspectors decided to take matters into their own hands and attend the school.
