Satoru was walking normally, his usual haughty demeanor, outside his classroom. He was probably headed to the bathroom, but he stopped when he saw a slim, cute boy walking beside a bald guy with glasses and a notebook with a pen stuck to the edge. They were probably being reprimanded. The cute boy's long, dark, straight black hair flowed behind him, reaching his waist. He was quite handsome, if you asked him: pale skin, small face, sharp chin, full lips, straight nose, almond-shaped but pretty eyes, long eyelashes, and thin, straight eyebrows. His long, black hair gave him an androgynous look. He had his backpack slung over one shoulder, his eyes were watery, his cheeks, lips, and nose flushed, his eyelashes damp, and the strangest thing was that he had a cigarette between his fingers, exhaling smoke. And nobody was saying a word to him. Satoru watched them walk toward his classroom and ran back, sitting down in his seat. When the boy reached the entrance with the other guy, he leaned against the doorframe, wiping his eyes as he watched the bald man and the teacher talk. The man took the cigarette from his fingers, and the dark-haired boy didn't complain. He just exhaled smoke as the bald man whispered something in his ear before leaving. Suguru silently went to his seat.
