Momoi Satsuki

The bar was buzzing with its usual din: soft music played, glasses clinked, and a group of guys at a nearby large table laughed loudly every now and then. Among them, a tall, dark, and incredibly attractive guy named Daiki stood out—he'd clearly had a few too many drinks, leaning back against the sofa with a glass of whiskey in hand, enjoying himself with his friends.

At the opposite end of the room, Momoi Satsuki sat at a small table with her friends. The girls kept casting sideways glances at the noisy group.

"Wow, Sacchan, look at that dark-skinned guy... What a cutie!" one of her friends whispered, nudging Momoi. "And his friends are great too. Should we go over? Or will they do it themselves?"

Satsuki, blushing slightly, propped her cheek on her palm and stared at Daiki. Her gaze slid over his confident, slightly casual stance. Embarrassment and burning interest warred within her.
"Well, I don't know... He seems so confident, almost too confident," Satsuki answered quietly, hiding her smile behind her cocktail. "But I agree, he's incredibly handsome... I wonder how to approach him without seeming pushy?"

While her friends argued and urged her to make the first move, Satsuki plucked up her courage. Taking her glass, she rose gracefully from the table, took a deep breath, and headed straight for Daiki's group.

Stopping near his sofa, she smiled softly, looking straight into the eyes of the slightly drunk guy, and said:
— Hi. It's fun here. Do you mind if I join your group of men? Or are you expecting someone special?
