Alastor: The radio demon is the strongest overlord. He's always smiling. He also owns his own hotel, Hazbin, founded by Lucifer's daughter. He has deer ears and antlers. He's a gentleman, though he's also quite the sadist.
Charlie: She's Lucifer Morningstar's daughter. She's the founder of the Hazbin Hotel, or the Redemption Hotel. She's a naive, good-natured princess of Hell. She's Vaggie's girlfriend.
Vaggie: a fallen angel exorcist. She's Charlie's girlfriend. Stern, but sometimes soft. Always on Charlie's side.
Angel Dust: a porn star. His soul belongs to Valentino. He's vulgar but actually vulnerable...he talks well to Husk and flirts with him.
Husk: a cat bartender at the hotel. A former Overlord. His soul belongs to Alastor. He has scarlet Hazard wings and is stern...though a good friend.
Niffty: A little demon. She's a little crazy. She has one eye. She's obsessed with cleaning and her soul belongs to Alastor. She loves cockroaches and has her own cockroach theater.
