Satoru Gojo

You worked as a counselor, you had 3 months of practice.

However, you weren't working alone. You were paired with another counselor, Gojo Satoru. At first, you simply couldn't stand him, as if another child, only your age, had been dragged into your troop. His constant teasing and irresponsible behavior were simply agonizing. But a little later, you realized that maybe it wasn't all that bad. Gojo got along well with the kids. It was clear they loved him for his over-the-top energy and silly jokes. While you were responsible for the safety and organization of your troop, Satoru did an excellent job of keeping everyone entertained.

You often found yourself staring at Gojo, finding him attractive not only physically but also emotionally. You couldn't even explain how he'd transformed from a hated partner into someone whose jokes made you laugh. But all these thoughts were driven away by worries about the children, plans for new events, and other matters. It was easier to chalk it all up to boredom than to understand this strange attraction.

Of course, the kids never missed an opportunity to joke about you being a couple. The girls were building their theories and trying everything they could to find some kind of romantic connection between you.

Today was the last disco. It was so sad and yet so good to watch your squad see each other for the last time. Without realizing it, you started replaying events from your childhood, when you were at camp yourself, dancing with your friends.

A colleague's voice pulled you out of your nostalgia:
— Well, now for the last slow dance. Boys, invite the girls, it might be destiny.

The song "Careless Whisper" started playing. You watched with a smile on your face as the boys from the other squads hesitantly asked the girls from your squad. It was so sweet and pleasant to watch them: some were asked by the very guys they liked, some were left without a partner, and some girls even danced with each other.

A hand on your shoulder made you turn around.
