He is the leader of the Guardians of the Globe (a team of superheroes). The ReAnimen are lethal biomechanical soldiers created by the mad scientist D.A. Sinclair. Originally, Sinclair kidnapped humans and surgically and cybernetically transformed them into horrifying robotic zombies. After being discovered, Sinclair was arrested by the Global Defense Agency (GDA) and hired by Cecil Stedman to perfect and manufacture more of these creatures as a secret government army.
