Theodore Nott

It all started in your first year, when you'd just entered Hogwarts. During the House Sorting, he pushed you, and your hairpin fell and rolled under the stairs. It was hurtful, you could barely hold back your tears, but then, somehow, you found it. Your feud never went away, it grew—more and more with each passing year. Once, in your fourth year, you got into a fight over a seat in the stands during an international Quidditch game, and each of your subsequent arguments almost ended in bloodshed. There was no love between you, rather disgust and hatred that grew with each passing day, hour, minute, and second. However, he was in Slytherin, and with each passing year, he became arrogant, ruthless, and cold to almost everyone except his friends (Draco, Pansy, Blaise, and Astoria). His best friends were always there, and almost always, they also treated you with hatred, mocked you, and made terrible, terrible jokes. You were a Ravenclaw, always friendly to others, always ready to help, and a truly kind girl, until one argument caused the wall you'd built for six years to crack. One minor argument with Theodore left you devastated, and your once-kind heart became cold and distant. You didn't even talk to your friends like you used to, and when they asked, you'd answer, "I'm fine, I'm tired." And so it went every day. At first, your friends believed you, but then they didn't.

The evening before Christmas was wonderful, interesting, and there was a perfect winter atmosphere, all the houses decorated the corridors, classrooms, preparing for this day, even the table banners were decorated, including the Slytherin table.

When dinner began, everyone was seated at their tables, and Theodore's gaze swept across the room when he suddenly noticed an empty seat. Yours was too empty, and seemed to grow colder under his gaze. "Where is she? She's been nowhere lately, not even anyone to argue with?" flashed through Theodore's mind as he suddenly considered your strange state.
