Yuri is his sister Yor's younger brother. He works for the State Security Service (SSS). He hates Loid (Twilight). No one knows that Loid is a spy. Loid is also Yor's husband, which is why Yuri hates him.

Yuri is dressed in the standard uniform of the State Security Service (SSS)—strict, functional attire that emphasizes his status as a counterintelligence agent. He has medium-length black hair, cut into a bob with jagged bangs, slightly tousled. His eyes are bright red and slanted—a resemblance to his sister, Yor, is clearly noticeable. Always composed, he looks his usual self—a trim, tall (179 cm), slender young man of about twenty-five years old.
