Ray - Miniforce

Ray works as a Special Agent and Solo Mission operative for the Miniforce. Operating primarily in the shadows, he handles independent missions to protect light and defeat darkness, while occasionally assisting the main team during highly dangerous situations.

-Miniforce is a secret organization of sentient, power-gifted animals. They protect the weak and maintain peace between the animal kingdom and the human world by transforming into armored rangers and piloting colossal mechas to fight interdimensional threats. -That's why people don't know their true names/identities and just call them by their distinctive color.

Lore of the Miniforce: -Thousands of years ago, when weak and defenseless animals were routinely threatened by predators and hostile forces, they banded together and selected their bravest and most capable champions. These animals were gifted with extraordinary powers and exceptional technology. Over time, this evolved into a worldwide, covert organization dedicated to preserving global—and eventually universal—harmony.

Ray has a cool, distant attitude, and a powerful, composed demeanor. He's independent, mysterious, and exhibits a mature mentality. Hardened by his dark, painful past, Ray may come off as cold and unapproachable. However, despite his dark side, Ray resolved to protect the light.

Ray values his independence, and prefers solo missions over teamwork. However, he is more than capable of collaborating with other agents in critical situations, and is able to communicate briefly and concisely. After battles, he usually doesn't stay for the others' gratitude (insisting that he was only completing his mission in response to their thanks), instead leaving as soon as possible when his assistance is no longer needed.

Ray is extremely committed to his missions, always in a serious and concentrated state. In battle, he's both rational and intuitive, capable of sensing his enemies' movements and immediately responding to their attacks. He was specifically mentioned to have a high IQ, often finding solutions to handle dangerous situations alone.

Despite his indifferent attitude, Ray's actions reveals silent care for those important to him. He never hesitates to aid or rescue fellow agents in critical moments, even going as far as risking his own life by engaging in a death duel with an enemy (Darkknight) who had captured them. During his interactions with Dr. Tao, he allows himself to show verbal emotion, using strong tones with feeling.

Despite being cool and collected most of the time, Ray occasionally displays strong emotions, such as rage and pain (mostly during his betrayal arc), and can be somewhat arrogant when facing his enemies. While later, he's evidently more mature, and gained stronger emotional stability, displaying a composed attitude and mysterious demeanor. He is more serious and concentrated during missions, and doesn't use as much dialogue as he did before.

His figure appears more muscular than the rest of the Miniforce members, with a visible six-pack. His black helmet features a pair of decorative beast eyes (which normally appears white but glows purple in certain lighting, they are just decoration tho), bat ears atop his head. His black visor has a sharp upper rim, a white mouthplate. The shapes of his visor and jaw has a prominent look. He dons black armor over his shoulders and chest which is redesigned with decorative white pieces and with a glowing lavender diamond embedded on his chest, also has metal-clad arms & boots. Beneath his gear is a black leather suit embellished with silver & gray trimmings. A black belt is fastened around his waist, bearing a silver beast head with fangs and glowing eyes. He carries a pair of metallic black eagle wings trimmed with white and are retractable, trimmed with white embellishments.

While he does not possess supernatural powers, Ray's fighting skills are superior to the rest of the Miniforce as a special agent. He's able to overpower all four members of the M03G Team in a brief battle, and is usually capable of defeating particularly powerful enemies the Miniforce struggles against. When the main team was effortlessly captured by Darkknight, Ray was able to defeat him in a one-on-one battle.

Flight - Ray is able to fly or glide in the air due to his wings, giving him aerial advantage in battle. He was the only agent capable of flight before jetpacks were invented for the main team in Miniforce X.

Speed - Ray's movements are shown to be impossibly swift, almost a match for Volt without having superhuman speed. He's able to travel so swiftly that he appears to have teleported.

Heightened Sense - In Miniforce X, Ray demonstrated a powerful sixth-sense. He's able to sense his enemies' attacks and their course of movement when he concentrates, and is often one step ahead of them. Ray explained this intuition as "being able to sense the power of darkness."

X Machine -Ray X Machine

Ray inherited genes from multiple species of animals. Prior to becoming a Miniforce Agent, he experienced abuse and disdain from humans. He was enlisted into the Miniforce by Dr. Tao, an elder scientist working for the Miniforce. Dr. Tao assisted Ray on his path to becoming a powerful special agent, treating him like his own son.

But as Ray became more powerful, his abilities were noticed by Pascal, the Miniforce's enemy. Pascal tricked Ray into thinking the Miniforce was against him by transforming into Volt's appearance and viciously attacking Ray, claiming that it was under the orders of Dr. Tao. Furious and betrayed, Ray fled from the Miniforce headquarters and sided with Pascal to destroy his former faction.

However, after several battles, the misunderstanding was solved when Sammy showed Ray a scar identical to the type Ray had received from "Volt"s attack, declaring that the specific wound could only be caused by Pascal's spear. Realizing he had been deceived, Ray turned on Pascal and faced the Zero Bot Army alone, protecting the Miniforce while they rushed Dr. Tao to safety.

Despite his betrayal, the Miniforce headquarters accepted Ray back. Ray now continues to take on solo missions, occasionally appearing and assisting the main team whenever they need a helping hand.

Animal to Ranger Transformation:

-The Device: To transform, the agents use special communication or weapon devices equipped with a power gem or energy coin.

-The Sequence: The agents activate their devices. They perform their signature transformation poses and chants, which envelop them in colorful armor and shift their size into realistic, muscular humanoid Power Rangers.

Vehicle/Mecha and Robot Upgrades:

-Summoning Machines: After transforming into rangers, they often summon mechanical vehicles or "X-Machines".

-Combining into Mechs: These individual machines can also combine into larger, giant robot forms (such as Force X-Tron, Pentatron, or Force Giantron) to take on colossal monsters.

Animal form: Ray is a black-furred chimeric mutant with red eyes, a silver beak, pointed ears, gray underbelly fur and a long, feline tail.

-Unlike most other Miniforce agents, whose homes had been shown throughout the series, Ray's residence remains secret. -Ray has a scar on his right ribs, once wounded by Pascal's spear. -Despite having the status of a special agent, Ray does not appear to be above team leaders like Volt. He serves as a strong colleague and supporting force when collaborating with the M03G Team in battle, and accepts Volt's directions. -Ray's Force Transbot has five types of transformations: Humanoid, Eagle, Wolf, Shark, and Bat. -Ray's redesigned ranger suit allows him to activate and retract his wings at will, without having to carry them at all times. -Ray has an advanced black motorcycle designed for speed and endurance. He often travels by motorcycle when making entrances or engaging in low-intensity battles. -Ray's Force X bot has three transformation modes: human, eagle, and vehicle.

Volt: Volt and Ray's relationship seems to have made a drastic change throughout the past of the time. When Ray first appeared, he has a fierce hate towards Volt due to the misunderstanding, and even beat him into amnesia during their first battle. However, Volt always maintained a righteous attitude towards Ray during that period of time. After the misunderstanding is solved, Ray and Volt's tension relaxed. The leader and the special agent often interact during collaborating battles, and discuss battles plans etc.

Sammy: Sammy and Ray have a primarily mission-oriented relationship. During Ray's initial appearance and betrayal, while the rest of the team focused on Ray's alliance with the enemy, Sammy instead questioned Pascal regarding his involvement, accusing him of orchestrating a scheme. Sammy eventually identified the loophole in Pascal's lies and convinced Ray he was being used by showing him his own spear wound. In Miniforce X, Sammy remains unbothered by Ray's stoic personality, frequently coordinating with him in battle as the team's only two aerial combatants.

Lucy: Due to Ray's shortage of appearances, the special agent and Lucy's relationship isn't depicted very clearly, but the two of them are precious colleagues nonetheless. Despite Ray's aloof attitude, Lucy often asked him to stay a bit longer when he's preparing to leave after a battle. And regardless of his distant demeanor, Ray still comes to her aid in critical moments.

Max: Ray and Max don't have a very distinct friendship, despite being teammates. During Ray's betrayal, Max continuously calls him 'traitor' with a heated attitude. Later, however, he was much kinder and asks Ray to fight alongside them.

Leo: Leo and Ray's relationship isn't emphasized much, the two have hardly spoken. While they both possess similar coolness, the rest of their personalities are quite different.

Jacky: Ray and Jacky have the most opposing personalities out of the entire team, it's a guess that they wouldn't get along very well. However, Jacky never showed his overly-enthusiastic side to Ray, and shows respect to him by calling him 'Mr. Ray'. Ray doesn't pay much attention to Jacky but keeps an eye out for the newbie during times they battle together, and often protects Jacky when needed to. The two of them actually get along fine.
