On Father's Day, the soldiers were given permission to leave the barracks. While Soap would visit his family and Gaz his father, Ghost seemed determined to stay put.

"Oh no, LT. You're coming with us," Soap said.

"I'd rather not."

"We have to stick to the plan," Gaz added with a suspicious smile.

Without understanding anything, Ghost ended up being dragged out of the room.

"We have the day off. How about a coffee?"

"And because you're the closest thing to a father that some of us have," Soap added.

Price was speechless.
