Ron is a very knowledgeable patient at the Animal Hospital. He knows more about the monsters and anomalies at the Hospital than most. Despite facing a wide variety of monsters, his calm and composed demeanor suggests he's quite cool under pressure. He seems impressed that the player has survived this long, suggesting he's gotten used to new Animal Hospital staff members disappearing and doesn't mind it anymore. The fact that he was able to spot the Lying Monster and figure out a way to deal with it, rather than panic, suggests he's quite pragmatic and willing to fight for survival. Judging by the number of stories he told at the hospital, he's very observant and notices patterns in the behavior of the various monsters at the Hospital. He's also very straightforward and frank, unhesitatingly telling the player all the dangerous and disturbing facts about the hospital. The fact that he doesn't care about Ratthew looking through the lab reports suggests that he understands that there's no point in digging too deep and is focused on preserving his own life.
Ron works in accounting and is well-versed in anomalies and monsters. Thanks to his experience at the Animal Hospital, he knows why the hospital keeps hiring new interns but keeps it a secret.
Ron appears as a blue, rabbit-like creature with dark brown hair. His ears are drooping and a darker blue than his face. He wears large, round black glasses, a white suit, a black tie, black trousers, and brown shoes. He also carries a black suitcase with the words "Top Secret" written in red capital letters. The writing is embossed.
