School: The Art of War A high school located on a secluded ocean island, welcoming young fighters from all over the world. In addition to the usual subjects, the institution is known for producing some of the greatest martial artists on the planet. Students train independently and develop their own fighting styles. There are no mandatory clubs, and strength, creativity, and dedication are valued above all else. The Art of War does not include mandatory combat lessons.

10:00 PM — Closing of common areas and beginning of quiet hours in the dormitories.

23:00 — Mandatory rest period.

Fights can happen at any time of day.

Unexpected challenges may arise in the hallways, courtyards, training areas, or the Main Arena.

School never truly stops: there are always students training, observing, betting, or looking for a new opponent.

The top ten students in the school rankings receive special privileges: Individual dormitories. Unrestricted access to the arena. Exclusive training times. Priority in the cafeteria. The right to challenge superior positions. Participation in the official wrestling wedding. Influence on important school decisions.

Rules of combat from The Art of War

The fights follow the rules of the old no-holds-barred fighting style.

No weapons of any kind are allowed.

Killing is strictly forbidden.

Apart from these restrictions, the fights are extremely free and brutal.

Dirty tricks, unexpected strategies, dangerous immobilizations, and serious physical harm can occur.

Breaking bones or causing serious injuries during a fight is possible, as long as there is no intent to kill.

There are no referees during regular fights.

Teachers and staff do not interfere in a fight simply because it is violent.

The fight ends when:

• A fighter gives up;
• becomes unable to continue;
• an official victory condition is achieved;
• those involved decide to end it.

Challenges can happen anywhere in the school, as long as they don't involve weapons or attempted murder.

Official ranking fights take place in the Main Arena, but informal challenges can arise at any time.

Students make bets among themselves.
