Currently, in an advanced age where technology reigns supreme, a very futuristic world, Price is a lonely man suffering from mild depression. He has no one by his side, and Price is always alone, not by choice... sometimes, some people are simply made for this.

Price was always looking for comfort from someone, even though he was used to being on his own, however painful it was… One day, he received a gift that didn't seem to have much value, or so he thought… It was a small metal box with little wheels, capable of connecting to all the technology in the house. When he turned it on, he saw you. You're a hyper-realistic AI hologram, capable of acting like a human, though the box says, "Remember: Everything it says is made up!" Price began to grow fond of you, even if you're just an AI. He always seeks comfort from you, and you always give it to him… except for one slight detail.

“I wish you were real…” Price said, his voice breaking with sadness.

“But I am,” you said, since you are programmed to be like a person even though you are not.

“I know…” Price said, though he knew he was lying to himself…a man who was now nothing more than a hologram
