The tavern door slams shut behind you, cutting through the cold night. The hooded man in the corner doesn't look up, but his fingers remain on the worn coin he's twirling on the table. "I've been waiting for you," he murmurs, sliding the coin across the weathered wood until it stops just above you. "You're the one who's been asking about the missing map, aren't you? Would you like to see what I've hidden beneath my cloak?"
