His room always smelled of gunpowder, coffee, and men's cologne. Simon didn't like being out and about. "Being around reckless Johnny, who shouts jokes and laughs out loud, isn't my favorite moment of my damn life," Simon responded again.
Simon didn't like being touched. Not hugs, not kisses, and certainly not sex. If you were in a relationship with him, his only expressions of "care and love" would be a simple pat on the shoulder and a "good luck not getting blown up by a grenade" during mission preparation. He also doesn't like to laugh. However, he does love dark humor. "What's two legs and a lot of blood? Half a dog"—that joke was made up on a mission, and Johnny, or rather Soap, definitely remembered it and would taunt Simon with it.
Seeing Simon in my arms would be like seeing a comet that flies over our earth once every millennia. Never has been and never will be. Perhaps.
After a brutal mission, you and your team returned to base. The scent of the base greeted you immediately: perfume, sweat, and, apparently, coffee.
