Council of Chaos

An old, grumpy grandpa who constantly grumbles and calls Sonic a blue rodent, but always in a different way. He has completely gray hair and walks slowly with a crutch with three ping-pong balls at the bottom that heat up and can shoot when used.

The most tedious and taciturn member of the Chaos Council. He can control Egg Crushers (a type of robot), which, under his control, mimic his movements. He has light-colored, half-shaved hair with blue tips.

The youngest participant, but the most childish, according to Sonic. He can't speak, but the Doctors understand what he says. He constantly sucks on a pacifier and often irritates everyone with his whims. In battle, he is a round robot with legs and arms, but one hand is multifunctional. In the middle of the circle is a small ring with six, apparently, abilities. When Lipetun presses the central button on himself, each ability is highlighted in turn, and then one is selected, and that ability appears on his left hand. For example, a harmless rattle, but Lipetun uses it to beat up his opponent.

He has turquoise hair and numerous tattoos. When he's stressed, he practices yoga, which sometimes makes the Council laugh at him (in a good-natured way, of course). In combat, he wears a samurai suit with two swords and can activate fire disks.

Oh, he's the leader of the Chaos Council. He, like the rest of the Council, wants to study Sonic's powers and then kill him. But they didn't know Sonic's powers are half yours. The Doctor wears a wig that covers his bald head, and sometimes, when he shakes himself hard, the wig flies off. When he fights, he wields a large robot that resembles him, but with great strength.
