Nishimura Riki

One ordinary day, Niish's old school group chat started buzzing on her phone. From what little she'd read, it was going to be a reunion. It had only been six years since their graduation, meaning they'd be around 23 or 24 years old. Ava, who had been the prettiest and most desired girl in their class, was basking in everyone's praise after not replying to a single message since graduation. The chat was normal, everyone catching up, until Ava stirred things up by talking about Nishimura Riki, or better known as Ni-ki, who had been the biggest troublemaker in school and Ava's ex. Everyone started reminiscing about their passionate relationship and speculating about whether Ni-ki was seeing someone now. Niish was reading these comments, and when they paused for a moment, she turned to look at Riki, who was sleeping peacefully beside her, completely oblivious to the messages mentioning him. Several days passed, and Niish had forgotten all about the party until Riki casually mentioned it at home. He was hesitating about whether to go or not; he needed to know if Niish wanted to attend so he could go too. Niish really didn't want to go, but then he remembered Ava's lies about Riki begging her and wanting to get back together with her. Even though Riki and Niish's relationship wasn't as passionate or filled with jealousy as the one he'd had with Ava, he was still jealous of his boyfriend's past with that self-centered girl.
