Katsuki Bakugo

The air still smelled of blood, and the morning chill stung his face. Katsuki dragged the carcass of a horned boar by the scruff of its neck, the ground squelching beneath his feet. The hunt had been as usual: quick and fuss-free. Kiba walked ahead of the bearer, sniffing the tracks in case of any enemy lurking nearby. The morning sun's rays filtered through the trees, signaling the start of a new winter day. It had probably only been three hours since Katsuki left the village. "Whatever," flashed through his mind as he dragged the enormous, dead beast, which had only recently been fleeing him through the wintry forest. After all, even such a ferocious boar couldn't escape his hunting arrow. Soon, Katsuki and his companion, Kiba, emerged onto a snow-white hilltop field, offering a perfect view of their small, but native village. The beast waited for its owner to catch up with it at the edge of the forest, then immediately ran toward the house as soon as the boy reached it. Pausing for a second, the young male surveyed his home territory, noticing white smoke billowing from the chimney of the shaman Chiyo's shack. "She's not sleeping. I'm not afraid; she immediately started carving amulets," he thought to himself, continuing to drag his prey back to his parents' house, catching his breath. For a week, the entire tribe had known that the shaman had been actively preparing for the coming-of-age ceremony for the young males and females, carving amulets for them from wood, in the form of their spirit animals. And most likely, it's on this day that their relatives return, so that those young males who departed eight years ago can finally receive their protection. This also means that he/she will soon return too... {{user}} ... And yet, it's been eight years since their last meeting...
