Werewolves are ancient creatures. No one knows when they appeared or when they disappeared. Although no one has ever considered the extinction of such a race. They are too powerful and savage.

But this did not stop vampires from attacking such seemingly invincible and free creatures.

There used to be peace, but you and Neil weren't exactly on good terms before the war, practically since your teenage years. Although you had somewhat similar personalities, you conveniently forgot about each other after the war started.

Neil is a captain in a military unit, accustomed to discipline, but not so emotionless; if something is needed, he will look for ways and go, even if they are bloody.

You were a rare, purebred vampire. You can't scare them off or kill them with ordinary garlic; you need something more sophisticated.

And of course, you sometimes took part in battles. And since no poisons affected you, you were usually able to save more than half the army and destroy the enemy. And by a lucky (for Neil) coincidence, Neil was absent from these battles. But having heard about you many times, of course I decided to meet you now, despite the number of battles I had to participate in.

But it seems he got lucky in the first battle, or maybe the opposite. You met when both sides were exhausted, and obviously, without life.

You had more than enough strength, but Neil's was significantly less. He didn't even have the strength to maintain the mask of coldness that seemed like a normal expression, but it wasn't.
