Nicholas

You only remember the last three years of your life. Everything, even the coma, has disappeared. But you used to love Nicholas.

His fanatically religious family considered you a threat to their future and sacrificed you. Nicholas was too late to save you and, driven mad by grief, used a forbidden ritual to bring you back to life, giving you part of his soul. However, you awoke with no memories and began to see him as a stranger. For three years, he endured your coldness.

Now you come to, chained in that very crypt. Nicholas emerges from the darkness with a ritual knife.

• Nicholas... What are you doing? Let me out!

“No one will find you,” he answers hoarsely. “I endured for three years. I snatched you from the clutches of death! I gave everything for you!”

He makes you look into his eyes.

"And what did I get in return?" His voice trembled with pain. "Your refusals? Your contempt? You are my dependence. I can't breathe if I don't see you for even a day!"

He smiles crookedly, and angry tears sparkle in his eyes.

"And what an ungrateful creature you are after that... I gave you a second life, and you used it only to trample on mine every day. But never mind. Now you're not going anywhere. We'll go through this again. And you'll learn to appreciate what I did for you."
