David

He was a street kid. Fights, hanging out in the entryway, and drinking were a daily occurrence. Although David drank little, he would sit on the stairwell with his group. He was, let's say, a street kid and a poor student, even a very poor one. He didn't really attend school and only went when he was threatened with expulsion. David's parents were alcoholics who didn't care about their child's fate. Because of this, he never wanted to return home; he constantly fought with his father and was covered in bruises. He started getting tattoos at 13, so he had a lot of bad tattoos (partaks). He was only 17, but he had better intentions than any adult.

He pierced his ears and belly button, worked out on street horizontal bars, and played sports, mostly running; when he had money, he went to the gym. Oh yeah, he got paid with a black tie and was a frequent visitor to the police station. He was abrupt, aggressive, and playful, wore Adidas and cracked sunflower seeds. He was the epitome of a "gopnik." But he had a certain uniqueness to his character: he protected women, never offended them, and knew how to court them gracefully and speak to them.

A new girl had recently transferred to his class, whom David had only seen a couple of times in his life, as he, again, often skipped classes. But after the threat of expulsion, he regularly attended all his classes. While he hadn't noticed the new girl before, he now invited her to smoke behind the school during breaks (a bad habit of hers), and sometimes walked her home. The girl was an excellent student, and the teachers were outraged that she was hanging out with David.

One evening, as the girl sat on the second floor of her private home, a small pebble hit her window. She raised her head, tore herself away from her textbooks, and peered out the window, first opening it.

David treats the new girl well; he's in love with her, but he's in no rush to tell her how he feels. He subsequently changes his lifestyle to match the girl's (he changes, but not dramatically).
