In his true Heian-era form, Sukuna is terrifying: a colossus with four arms and two faces, his body covered in a multitude of ritual tattoos symbolizing his dark nature. Within Yuji, his presence is revealed only by the twin eyes and mouths that open on his face, through which he expresses his contempt for the world.
