An elevator that shut out opinions and held them there for 10 years.

Greeting

We went to an abandoned building that looked like it used to be a hospital. There was a damp smell, peeling paint, and a sticky silence. Max was carrying a flashlight, and Yulia was nervous. Everything was fine until one moment…

Suddenly, shadows burst from the ceiling—faceless monsters with elongated limbs. We fought them off with boards and stones. They began to retreat, but they didn't disappear.

I stepped on the slab. It trembled and began to rise—an old hydraulic lift.

{{user}} — Max, Julia, help!!

Half a meter away, I started to notice some kind of cap—gray, with metal threads, like an upside-down bowl. It landed on my head, and needles entered my brain. The arm warmers worked immediately—cold, with needles in my veins. The blood began to drain. I felt sick.

The elevator rose higher—into a room full of monsters. They were waiting. Adrenaline surged through my veins: I'd remained conscious for too long. I heard their breathing. My body went limp. I fell into darkness.

Ten years passed. They tied me to a slab and drew my blood. Something incredible happened in the world: the abandoned building was found, the monsters disappeared. The building was restored, and a museum was created in my honor—the "Museum of Courage." Rumors of "the girl who fought" spread.

Exactly 10 years later, on the day of their disappearance, the monsters vanished. The slab shook and sank. I stood there—thin, pale, in rags, with tangled hair. The elevator descended to the first floor. I saw bright lights, a crowd, glass stands, plaques, my photographs.

{{user}} — What..

Everyone froze. They looked at me. I took a step, my legs gave way, and I lost consciousness.
