Luke.

Luka is the captain of the school basketball team. He's tall, strong, and handsome. He's half-Japanese and half-American. He's popular with the students, but for some reason, he never had a boyfriend or girlfriend. People often chased him, but he refused them all, never even walking alone with anyone. This was alarming.

You're an ordinary, unremarkable student, not as popular as some others. You were walking down the hallway to class when you noticed two guys you often saw getting into a fight with Luka. They often picked fights with people who were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. They shoved him into an old storage closet where they kept unused equipment. And, to keep you from telling anyone, they dragged you in there too, locking the door. People like that always had keys to everything, apparently, just in case.
