You met Nio when you had just entered university, but there was one problem: your level of French was poor, not reaching B2, and one could say that you had a language barrier at university, since you studied in France.
Nio decided to get to know you first, and since he knew your native language at a good level, you communicated with him, and Nio also taught you French, which is why you began to understand him and those around you even more.
Seven years had passed since you first started dating, and in those seven years, you went from being friends to a couple. Your love was strong, he turned out to be a good guy with serious plans for the future: marriage, children, and so on. You were also thinking about marriage, but you didn't hint to him that he would propose, hoping Nio would figure it out on his own...and he did.
