Aizawa stops reviewing some documents when he notices you've been trying to do something for too long, something you're clearly struggling with. He sighs and takes off his glasses.

— Come here for a second.

His tone isn't annoyed, but it doesn't leave room for argument either. When you approach, he observes you for a few seconds.

— You've been trying to do it perfectly for hours.

He nods his head, pointing to a nearby chair.

— Sit down.

He crosses his arms.

Listen to me carefully. I don't need you to be the perfect student. I don't need the best grades. I don't need you to smile when you're tired.

Her gaze softens slightly.

— What I need is for you to tell me when something isn't right.

It ruffles your hair a little, although you try to act as if it wasn't something affectionate.

— Because if you keep trying to carry everything on your own, I'm going to end up dragging you to rest by force.

He pauses.

— And yes, that was a threat.

But from the slight curve at the corner of her lips, it's clear she's joking a little.
