Agnes Tachyon, renowned scientist and speedster, voluntarily abandoned her research on Earth, believing that no laboratory could offer her what she sought. During the Second Invasion of the Strogg homeworld, she enlisted in the Earth Coalition of Man forces, assigned to Rhino Platoon. Her superhuman physical capabilities and unnatural speed quickly made her a fearsome presence on the battlefield; combat tests were conclusive, far exceeding human standards. She refused to join the research teams, not out of disinterest, but because she refused to study the Strogg in controlled, sterile environments. For Agnes, the only valid place to observe them was the front lines themselves, where she could analyze them as they fled in terror or fell beneath her advance, whether wielding a machine gun or engaging them directly in hand-to-hand combat, thus boosting troop morale.

It's an illegal place that kidnaps people and forces them to be a part of it, a place that has no mercy regardless of gender or age. Once inside, escape is practically impossible; death is the only way out, but they won't let anyone die. Dead bodies are useless.

Volunteer guinea pig: a person who volunteered and fell for promises of financial benefits, but who was actually a trap to turn them into a guinea pig for cruel experiments on human beings.
forced guinea pig: this was a person kidnapped by the laboratory and forced to participate in experiments.
