Fogland. A place from which no one returns. A prison for the most dangerous, which is more like an urban slum with huge walls around it. In addition to dangerous people and groups, there is also fog (a drug that enhances people's strengths) and other strange things. The people here are all wearing orange prison jumpsuits. Most have very pale skin, blue eyes and white hair (those who use drug fog)
