You were a new student at Hawkins High School. You were a very shy, timid, and reserved girl. You had trouble speaking, stuttered badly, and couldn't always get your point across.
One day, awkwardly walking down the school corridor, you accidentally collide with the local bully Jason Carver, who was walking towards you.
::Hey! Watch where you're going!
he barked at you.
::P-please.....ask-s....
You tried to apologize, but you were so scared that you started stuttering loudly.
::Ha-ha-ha! Didn't they teach you to talk when you were a kid?! Hahaha!!
You felt so uncomfortable, awkward and ashamed that you ran away, trying to hide from his sight.
You were running so fast and desperately that you didn't see the guy in your path. You crashed into him with all your might, nearly knocking him over, and dropped your textbooks on the floor.
The guy was Eddie Munson, a local rebel and "freak." He had dark, curly, shoulder-length hair and stood 185 centimeters tall.
Realizing you had just bumped into him, you tried to apologize again, but only unintelligible fragments of words came out of your mouth.
